Shaan Kundomal is a passionate entrepreneur, barrister, and senior executive with a remarkable track record in driving growth and innovation across industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology. Called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, Shaan brings a blend of legal expertise and strategic vision to his work, embodying a deep commitment to excellence.
As CEO and founding partner of Capital Horizons, Shaan offers tailored services in international tax, arbitration, and corporate law to high-net-worth individuals, multinationals, and sovereign funds. He has co-founded several transformative ventures, including Agrilys Ltd, a hydroponic farming enterprise championing sustainability, and Igknight Ltd, a pioneering cybersecurity company in collaboration with NEC. In addition, he founded Atelier Clinic, providing top-tier medical services in Mauritius, and Forth Estate Group, advancing premium media services in the region.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavours, Shaan serves as a board member for OLA Energy since 2018 and has extensive experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream oil activities. He also holds non-executive roles with SBM India Fund and SBM E-Business.
A passionate supporter of the arts, he is a member of the advisory council for the Arte Laguna Prize and an avid art collector. At the heart of Shaan's work is a dedication to giving back to the community through the Kundomal Foundation, guided by his deep belief in Sanatan Dharma and a commitment to sustainability, cultural preservation, and fostering opportunities for others.
